EUR 100 million loan for Belarusian nuclear power plant denied

German bank KfW IPEX-Bank denied a 100 million euro loan for Belarus. According to the National Anti-Crisis Management, the loan request being declined will prevent representatives of the illegitimate Belarusian government from completing a modernization of the power grids with external funding from the EU.
